About Us

Who We Are

We are an Army veteran couple that escaped the Rat Race in Portland with their two littles in pursuit of a more fulfilling life in the western foothills of Maine. We built our Off Grid Homestead from scratch the hard way and loved every minute of it. We are bringing our skills to Franklin County!
TJ Blanchard is a Registered Maine Guide, skilled equipment operator, Class A driver, and carpenter with a decade of experience in the construction field. He is the hardest working man with a shovel or hammer and the best operator in the field. He holds an Associates Degree in Construction Building Technology from SMCC.
Annabelle Blanchard and Children are the support system for his one man show. She can hold a level and offer creative insight when needed. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from USM and runs the back end of the house. In addition she is a Licensed Maine Realtor and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers.
This is a family ran business and our children are apprenticing onsite whenever. We believe a job site is the perfect classroom for young entrepreneurs.
